What is Reiki?
Reiki is spiritually guided life energy. A Japanese healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner channels energy into the client by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the clients body and restore physical and emotional well-being. You can receive Reiki by a practitioner in a session, and you can learn this technique to apply Reiki to yourself and others.

What is Holy Fire Reiki?
As we are constantly evolving, so is Reiki. Holy Fire Reiki is a system provided by the International Center of Reiki Training. Holy Fire Reiki is an evolved frequency of Reiki that is more refined and constantly growing within the practitioner. It is typically gentle, but it is known for the high intensity of heat! No matter if you are a beginning student or a Master of another lineage of Reiki, students quickly understand there is a difference in the depth that the energy can take you by healing the passageway within your process of your true authenticity and purpose.

What is Karuna Reiki?
Karuna is a Sanskrit word that is also used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love, but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal.

What is Animal Reiki?
The Animal Reiki energy is a special energy. It is its own unique reiki frequency of animal life force energy. Any lineage can learn it. It is a different frequency than human reiki. The animal reiki placement given attunes practitioner to channel the animal reiki energy. This energy emplowers you with vitality and life force.
